Lauryn's last day of school - May 20th

Lauryn's last day of school was May 20th. She was sad to leave her teacher, Mrs. Dede. In fact, once we got home, she cried unconsolably for about 30 minutes because she already missed her teacher. I told her that she could look at the pictures of her whenever she missed her. Mrs. Dede was such a wonderful teacher and we appreciate everything that she taught Lauryn. She was definitely one of our favorite teachers ever!!! Lauryn had fun saying goodbye to all of her darling friends and it was fun to catch this moment on camera.

This picture was taken a few nights before at the final "Show and Tell" night where the kids could bring their parents down and show off all of the fun projects they had made that year.

My oldest was exactly the same way! (nearly 10!) those sensitive types always miss the ones they leave behind. My other kids were like SEEYA!

Kyleigh did the same thing. She cried and cried on the last day of school. I told he she could visit Mrs. T next year because Zach would be in her class.
